Metadrop is a launchpad platform for launching ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains.
NFT Launchpad
I joined Metadrop when it was a premier launchpad for NFT projects. I was responsible for frontend, API and infrastructure during a number of NFT drops like Anata (>$19M trading volume) and Webaverse (>$16.5M trading volume).
Coin Launchpad
Metadrop decided to change directions when ERC-20 "meme coin" season started heating up, and direct company's considerable experience in token launches towards the new market.
Durint the development of the platform, I was responsible for the design engineering of the front page, parts of multiple iterations of the actual launchpad dashboard and backend infrastructure.
Some time after the platform was launched I oversaw the migration of the entire codebase to Next.js 14's App Router, API rewrite and multi-cloud infrastructure migration.
